The last Tuesday of every month is FREE MEDITATION NIGHT. This free night is for anyone interested in trying out meditation.
FREE MEDITATION NIGHT will be on Tuesday January 30th, 2018 at 7pm.
The FREE meditation nights are open to anyone interested in developing their meditation practice. No experience is necessary and you do not need to be an AcuEnergetics® student.
We spend these classes introducting you to meditations to help still the mind and open the heart.

Meditation stills your mind, calms your emotions and opens your heart. When your heart is open, you feel blissfully happy, like when you’re in love.
You’ll be less likely to react to people and situations around you that can cause upset, frustration and hurt. Meditation helps you stay balanced, happy and free from the influence of your mind.

Meditation Classes are where we progress through meditations of stillness, using the breath and opening the heart with love. The Meditation Classes are open to everyone and you are welcome to come to one or all of the classes.
Meditation classes are run at regular times each week at The Healing Waters Health Center in Hudson WI.
I just finished a meditation class with Susan. I really enjoyed the class and learned how to quiet the chatter in my head.
